Q.

asalamualaikum since the birth of my second child he is not sleeping well during night. he is always crying. I consult doctor also and he given me some medicine regarding gases and digestion but after one night the condition remains the same. could you suggest something

A. Bonnisan five dogs you can give one time and this is a medicine that you can give every day if needed it’s a SOS medicine which can be used up to 4 times in the day because the issue of gas and stomach pain is common to be seen in this age
