In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examhine and evaluate pburoperly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Sometimes if the child is irritated they can behave like this but if the behaviour is constant with the child and you need to take it into your consideration also if the child is banging the head then there would be bright chances for an internal injury as well
