are having folds on arms for 6 months normal?

A. hi yes if child is chubby ,its normal to have this my child had such folds upto 1.5 years she was like golu molu baby. Although ,its advisable to keep track on child's health . if he is looking healthy and active , achiving all milestones on time ,no need to worry about it much.
