Q.

Any recommendation for chest congestion? If nasal spray how many times should we give and suggest home remedy as well ?

A. Nasal spray only good to open the nasal passage when there is a problem in breathing but when you talk about having congestion then it’s better to nebula the child that is what is going to be helpful because nebulising is going to be much beneficial to clear the congestion
