to improve haemoglobin, give iron rich diet.
If non veg then give organ meat, fish, poultry.
Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens.
Beet root, sitaphal.
Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight.
In grains Bajra, poha is good.
Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses.
Give seasonal fruits like berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption.
Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi.
It is necessary to give deworming
