Q.

Am a working women..planning to pump breast milk and refrigerate...please suggest good pumping machine,feeding bottle(silicone or glass or steel)and how to refrigerate and how to get to room temperature before feeding

A. hello mommy you can keep milk for 8 hr in room temp . and for 24 hr at fridge . reoeted heating is not advisable for milk it will denatirate miln
