always she is touching her ear,is it problem,should I show to doctor

A. hi well , if this question is for one year old child then three four things can be there first , child do this when he or she is getting teeth which causes tingling sensation in ears second , if child is having cold and cough which causes ear pain third , having ear infection or excess wax inside ears and fourth , due to overstimulation
