Q.

although I am taking satavari still I think sufficient milk is not coming. so feeding bottle 2 times a day. kindly suggest

A. hi mom exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months is recommended for the baby mother should eat good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu, have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well add shatavari powder in milk and drink
