After vaccination my baby is pooping once a day that also a sticky poop unlike normal one before 4-5 times. What could be the reason as I am breast feeding him properly ?

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
