After reading so many questions here about breastfeeding wanted to ask this for my sister, her son is on mixed feed , my sister couldn't breast feed exclusively for certain reasons, though the baby is doing fine my sister feels depressed, constantly worried and feels guilty. how do I make her understand?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 years agoA. hello the FM iS also equally beneficial and it is an alternative to the BM when BM is not sufficient and you can just talk to your sister and make your sister understand which would be better and the best option that you can do and it is nothing to worry about
