After pregnancy my periods is not regular.And also veg low blood flow..What to do to increase the blood flow.

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should your meals good and healthy. Also take your supplements properly. Like iron calcium and vitamin etc.
Drink lots of water etc.
Also consult with your gynaecologist once for proper examination and treatment on that basis
