after fever down his body temperature is very low n so much coughing while sleep what to do? can i give bath or not? any home temady?

it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
give adequate fluids, n gu e little incline sleeping position.

Give ginger juice and honey mixture to the child half an hour before your child goes to sleep and this is a very natural thing to happen when did the body lies down the coughing suddenly increases and that’s normal try this thing that I am a suggesting you to go ahead with further more also I would recommend you to get tested for an allergy for the child as it could be an allergy Tu for the child to child suffering with
