Brush the teeth and mouth of your child with a proper toothpaste toothbrush even if there are no teeth you can clean it with the help of a toothpaste the toothpaste I’m going to recommend you would be fluoride free so you can go ahead with that I would recommend you to Babyhug and also for the other issue apple apply Tbact ointment
