A. minimum two years. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

Wait for at least one and a half years after that you can go for second conception because internal stitches take about 8 to 9 months to heal and any body should be ready to have another pregnancy because next is also going to be a C-section so that is why this much time is taken so you be prepared for this match be prepared for that
