after 9 months of my delivery ,my stomach has come out a lot of my weight has also increased,what should I eat for diet r in what may plz tell me

A. You go for a proper workout and diet would not be suggested till the time you are breastfeeding a child you should take a diet only when you quit breastfeeding the child prior to that it would not be advisable to you
