after 6 months if mother's milk is not sufficient for baby...which milk is advisable other than solid foods

A. hi mom mothers milk should be continued have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well have shatavari powder in milk for better flow of milk seek doctors advise
