after 3 1/2 months vaccination my baby weight decreased.what its reasons .

A. it's quite not possible to lose some weight after taking the vaccination. it nay be that baby has eaten less during this duration after taking the vaccine. no vaccine shoukd ideally result in weight reduction. however try and continue to breastfeed exclusively till completion of six months. on some months baby will not gain as much weight as earlier and that's fine.
