ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. it's difficult to predict if the temp is above 100 give medication In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine

You can give Calpol or if any other paracetamol you have available go for that along with that you can start doing Thande Pani Ki Patti if the fever is on the higher side this is what you can do right now and if it is required please talk to Dr in the morning
