kids do such behavior when they can't express their anger or frustrations well or when they try to get their parents attention.
so be careful , your child needs your time and affection.
try to teach your child how to express feelings in better ways through play.
get your child hb level Checked as it happens because of it too
limit your child screen time
make sure your child takes enough sleep
