you can include soft cooked smashed khichdi, roti or paratha smashed in dal or less spicy curry, milk shakes, milk, paneer, boiled and smashed sprouts, pulses, fruits puree, vegetables puree, porridge, pancake, chila, soft idli, thin dosa, poha, upma, nuts paste, sheera, etc.
feed baby on regular intervals after 2 hours
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

Give your baby easily digestible homemade foods like vegetable soups, upma, idli, dosa, khichadi, dals, rice and curd. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child healthy diet. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day while feeding solids. Continue breastfeeding.
