skip bakery foods.
include fruits, veggies in the diet.
papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation.
still no improvement, consult paediatrician

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good afternoon Gently rub your baby’s tummy, making circles in clockwise direction. Take care not to press too hard. Try to feed baby in elevated position. Burp well baby in between feeds and burp well after every feed. Give tummy time to baby if baby is comfortable. Just try to give warm com.
