You can give foods like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal
Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
Continue to breastfeed.

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
