Q.
8 and half month baby diet schedule is two times celeac, one time half katori daal and one time half katori khichdi. Now she is not having breastmilk at day time and in night also she feeds one time only for sleep. She dont drink formula as well. I am worried whether this diet is enough for her as breastmilk consumption is reduced

Hello ma’am cerelac You should be giving one-time other time if you giving doll and Khichdi it’s fine one time you can also include porridge if you want to apart from that if your child is on formula milk is fine and if your child is taking breast milk during the sleep time and sleeping for long durations and that is very good don’t worry about it so if you want your child to have more of breast feed then you have to cut down on the formula feed otherwise the schedule is fine and also would advise you to give fruits to your child at least include one fruit on an everyday basis
