7month baby moshon problem... hard moshon...how to stop this problem...?

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would suggest that make sure you're giving some amount of water which is pre boiled and cooled after every meal this will ensure that you baby does not get constipated additionally there has to be some amount of fruits and vegetable puree on a daily basis papaya pair prunes work very well for constipation issues
