You should give proper three solid meals of breakfast lunch and dinner to the child and you can give Dal water rice water fruits and vegetables of all kind slowly you can shift to Khichdi and porridge then you can give varieties made out of ragi Suji and oats as well they are healthy to be given for overall growth of your child
