You can give a mix of liquids and semi solid and soft consistency foods. You can give steamed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juices or purée or porridge made with ragi or multigrain mix or suji etc , Kichidi or thin dal and rice . Curds c ghee etc , alternate it with your feed
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello once the baby complete 6 months you can be giving your child home made cerelac rice well cooked dal water ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi which are all healthy and nutritious and safe for the growth of your child
