Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! For 6 months old baby feed semi solids once a day.
If you want to feed second time then feed before 5 that too lightly check digestion capability too.
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac,dal water, rice starch, soups, malts,sooji porridge.
Give adequate water while feeding burp baby well and engage in playing for 10-15 minutes for easy digestion.
