6 months old baby have finger infection which treatment give to her?

there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling.
there is a possibility that you may requifre antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit thfe doctor.
for pain you can give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
