Babies this age can be given semi solid and mashed consistency foods, were in you can give food from varied food groups and you may alter with your feed.
You can give steamed vegetables, soups, fresh seasonal fruits, kichidi, ragi, suji porridge, home made cerelac mix, curds , ghee etc
