A. Very simple and standard plan when you can included water rice water to begin with then you can shift to all kind of fruits and vegetables then you can give varieties of ragi Suji oats Khichdi and Dalia with and without vegetables you can even go for the sweet in the food by adding jaggery and dates and please make sure to add salt and necessary spices and about hundred ML of water to start with
