Consistency of food should be like that of ghee.
You can begin with porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée.
Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd.
Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with few teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed baby.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also give your baby semi solid home made food and fresh fruits and vegetables along with breastfeeding. and strt with dal soup, khichdi, daliya, potatoes and banana.
