history - 3 weeks before ear infection gave antibiotics (leads lose motion) for 10 days and recover ear infection then got fever for 3 days around 99f, again after 2 days of recovery got fever around 99-100f gave antibiotics spectratel for 5days.. then after 2 he got mild fever so checked for Urine culture i.e. 8000cl/ml sonography is ok..now he got less urine output, less feeding compared to earlier and sleep more ..what is the cause.?..what should i do now .

Your child has been through a lot in such a small span of time but what’s meant to be done further relating to the health of your child your doctor can only advise you try and increase the water intake of your child and liquid intake of the child that is what is going to be good and also use ORS in the water to maintain hydration in the body rest just proceeded with what your doctor has to advise
