Hello good morning !! If you have already started cerelac then twice a day mid morning, evening by 4-5 pm.
Check suitability before introducing new food item.
Along with cerelac, home made cerelac, mashed banana, mango, Chikoo, Papaya puriee, steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple,sooji porridge, idly.
Avoid sugar, salt, oil in baby foods.
Give boiled water, rice starch, soups, malts,dal water as fluids.
