Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi as a child is 5 months old ,no food chart is required. because breastmilk is the only food item which you can offer your child. no other food items are needed after completion of 6 months age, you can start offering semisolid food to your child. but till that exclusively breastfeed your child
