ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for a 4th month old baby, you should not give any sort of solid foods. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the completion of 6 months. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.
