4month old baby.. why my baby not turn their head when we make a noise...? BT when she is sleeping she will react for small sound...! when my baby turn their head towards us when we call..?

A. my baby starts to makes eye contact from 2.5 months

A. it has to be seen by dr . Any pediatric doctor should see the baby for the examination as further management is according to the finding only . May be it's ok otherwise some tests may be required for confirming the problem .
