POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 4 years old girl should be between 15.5 to 16 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. To help baby gain weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
