45days girl baby passing watery stool,baby is active and also taking feed,urine output also normal.

A. Hello ma’am If every time your child is passing watery stool and that is definitely lose motion consult your doctor ones regarding the same because by the age of 45 days the stool should be proper for a child not watery so it’s definitely diarrhoea consult your doctor ones
