45 days baby got vaccinated on 9th October. 9th evng I have given paracetamol 125 mg 5 drops as suggested by nurse. 10th evening he got fever again, paracetamol drops given at 8.30 pm. 100 feaver continue. how many times I can give paracetamol drops per day for 45 days baby.

A. you can give your baby paracetomol drops in every 4 to 6 hourly keep a watch on body temprature, give pcm dtops if temprature cross more then 100 F. . ok
