43 days baby suffering from colic.not able to sleep.giving him colicaid thrice a day.how can it be cured.is it possible that colic can be cured within days.

A. Colic in babies is a very common issue and it's matter of concern for parents as the baby is extremely irritable and inconsolable by most of the means. Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper buprgjuing and keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful. Antiflatulence medicine like semithicone , probiotics and enzyme preparations may be helpful. Maternal lifestygle and dietary habbits are also contributory and important.
