Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy3 days agoA. Give good tummy time every day. It is important to burp the baby after every feeding session. Keep the child’s head in a little elevated position while you breastfeed. Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as the baby is healthy and active and not showing any discomfort. Maybe you can try using Babyhug tummy roll on
