4 month old baby girl h.usko gas problem rahti h..usko gas ki medicine drop deti hu..kya use bde hokr bi gas problem rahegi kya? kya use hmesha drop lena padega?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. gas in babies is very common and mostly because of immaturity of intestine, so try to give exclusive breastfeeding and the mother should take plenty of liquids and a good fibre diet. Some kind of food intake in mothers may aggravate gas in babies try to avoid giving formula milk specially with bottle feeding. Also cow milk should be avoided before one year of age medication should be given if required where enzyme preparations like alo zyme. other medications like cockade drops containing semethicone may be helpful h
