3years and 8month baby boy after two month regularly affected cough and fever chackup to Doctor but not improvement one week affected then good feel. I request to you better advice for my child and advice good nutrition thanking

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. Fever is temperature more than 99 . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down or baby not looking well then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
