It would require a course of antibiotics apart from that you have to maintain hydration by giving really good amount of water and other liquids to the child so that the infection is going to flow out with that also maintain proper hygiene underneath because if it is not clean or the hygiene is not maintain the infection can return it’s a very recurring infection if proper hygiene is not maintain and medication and treatment is not a good
