3months old baby is having a puss in the first injection area in the arm

A. Betadine you can apply on that area but prior to that you have to puncture and take the infection out so when the PUSS comes out after that when the blood starts to come out you know that the infection has come out after that apply this ointment regularly and if needed please consult your doctor because this is very common after a BCG vaccination
