DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3.5 months old and he is having a cold then don’t give him a bath and give 9 drops sos of sinarest and use saline nasal drops twice a day

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home r emedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in ca proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
