3days before my son felt down 'form height of 4',and he z having mild fever,same day mid night he vomited once , yesterday we have given calpol drops TID , today I given meftal-p 5ml morning once,so today I feel he z having cervical pain ,but he z very active, he moves around house,, please suggest me the medicine
