3and half month postpartum can I sleep on my stomach

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. yes u can sleep dat wayand if required you can talk to your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear your doubts in proper details till then maintain good hygiene which always helps.

If You had a normal delivery and your stitches are healed completely then you can sleep on stomach but if you had a C-section then you cannot sleep on stomach you are going to get hurt onto your stitches so I would not advise you as of now to sleep on your stomach
