32 Female, I'm pregnant in my first trimester. I'm experiencing regular fatigue and nausea, is it normal? What foods do you suggest I eat during this time?

A. You should have more of proteins in the diet right now the summer is very high so you should have plenty of fluids in your diet which is what is going to be good so try to have more of liquid diet and initially some women experience because of the season also and sometimes due to deficiency in the body
