3 year old girl she got nose stuff and running nose dry cough fever .....which medicine I take

A. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block. give paracetamol syp for fever and offer lots of fluids.
